This class covered the basics of painting. I practiced landscape and still life painting for the most part. This was in the fall of 2023

Three Views of the River

I finished this project well before the due date so my teacher asked me to do it again in a warm color instead of greyscale. I also finished that one before the deadline, so she asked me to do it again in a cool color this time. It was fun to develop painting skills.

Reaching Aspen

This painting was inspired by my mother. She loves spending time out in the woods or in her garden under the aspen trees she planted when I was little.
